Thank you for your interest in joining the Arrowtown Farmers Market team as a vendor for the 2010/22 season.

Vendor Pricing

Full Season Vendors:

  • You intend on being present at every Sunday market during the entire season.
  • Your heavily discounted stall rate is required to be paid in full to the AFM bank account before Sunday 24th October 2022
  • Cost: The 2021/2022 seasonal rate is 26 weeks x $50 ($1300), less discount = $1050 per season (the equivalent of five free market days)
  • If we are unable to operate the market due to COVID, there will be a percentage of refund available. Craft stalls will unfortunately not be able to select this option.

  • Full Season Vendors will be given preferential treatment for stall position.

Casual Stall:

  • You are unsure of your commitment and would prefer to book your spot by the Wednesday prior to each Sunday market
  • Cost: $50 per week to be paid in cash on the day
  • Please be aware that ‘no shows’ after a booking has been made may result in losing the potential for future bookings.
